Phase 1: Relief – Move Without Pain
Acute (new) pain – typically 2–3 times a week for 2–4 weeks, depending on the injury.
Chronic (long-term) pain – usually more frequent at first, then gradually tapering as your condition improves.
Phase 2: Rebuild – Restoring Function, Building Strength
Often once every 1–2 weeks for a couple of months.
Phase 3: Sustain – Health That Lasts
Many patients choose every few weeks or once a month to feel their best.
