Care built around what is keeping you from moving well.
Mountain Movement Chiropractic combines hands-on care, movement assessment, and practical home guidance to help with pain, stiffness, injuries, and the physical demands of everyday life in the Black Hills.
You do not need to diagnose yourself before you book.
Most patients come in because something hurts, feels stiff, keeps returning, or has started changing the way they work, exercise, sleep, or move.
Dr. Hansen starts with a conversation and movement-focused exam, then recommends the care that fits the problem instead of forcing every patient into the same plan.
Five clear ways we help.
These are the main reasons people schedule with Mountain Movement. More specific condition pages are linked farther down for anyone who wants additional detail.

Simple answers before you schedule.
The full pricing, insurance, and first-visit information is available on the FAQs & Pricing page.
Do I need to know exactly what is wrong before booking?
No. Book a new patient chiropractic visit and describe what you are experiencing. Dr. Hansen will use your history and exam to determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate and what the next step should be.
Will every visit include all of these treatment methods?
No. Care may include adjustments, movement work, soft-tissue care, traction, taping, or home exercises, but only when they fit the problem and your goals.
Can I book online?
Yes. The Jane booking page shows current appointment types, prices, and available times. View online booking.
What happens if chiropractic care is not the right fit?
Dr. Hansen can recommend additional evaluation or connect you with another local provider when your symptoms require imaging, medical management, physical therapy, pelvic health care, massage, or another specialty.
